Use of this site.
By using premierimpactwindowsandroofing.com you accept these terms. Information on the site is for reference only and does not form a contract until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Assessments and estimates.
Free in-home assessments and written estimates are provided at no charge. Estimates remain valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated in writing. Final contract pricing is established at the signing of the installation agreement.
Workmanship and warranty.
Premier Impact Windows & Roofing provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on installation. Manufacturer warranties apply to products as supplied by ESW, CWI, CertainTeed, and West Lake. Warranty claims must be made by the original owner of record.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Broward County, Florida courts.
