Why we built it this way.

Premier Impact Windows & Roofing started in Davie, Florida — one crew, 60+ years of combined trades experience, and a single stubborn idea: handle every step of a hurricane-protection project under one roof. No subcontractor handoffs. No finger-pointing between the window crew and the roofing crew. One team that owns the project from first measurement to final inspection.

The South Florida market in 1966 was crowded with installers who sold the windows, then handed installation to a different company. Quality varied by the week. So we rebuilt the model: hire installers as W-2 employees, train them on every line we carry, and pay them to do the work right the first time.

Three primary lines. Impact windows from ESW and CWI — the two systems we trust because we've installed them across hundreds of HVHZ and non-HVHZ retrofits. Impact doors with multi-point locking hardware on every unit, sized to your openings and finished to match the home. Complete roofing systems in CertainTeed Landmark shingles or West Lake concrete and clay tile — shingle in three days, tile in a week, both wind-rated to 130+ mph.

How we work.

Three principles guide every project.

Precision. Every opening is laser-measured before fabrication. We don't estimate, we measure. The custom-fabricated units arrive sized to your home, not the other way around.

Protection. Every system installed meets or exceeds Florida Building Code, including the HVHZ standards in Miami-Dade and Broward. The product approvals, the NOA documentation, the engineered drawings — we keep them all on file under your name.

Performance. The windows and roofs we install reduce noise, block UV, cut cooling costs, and unlock wind-mitigation insurance credits. They pay you back, year after year.
