When you submit a free assessment request, we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, service interest, and any notes you choose to share. We use this information solely to schedule and complete the assessment.
How we use it.
Information you provide is used to (1) contact you about your assessment, (2) coordinate installation if you proceed, (3) pull permits, (4) respond to questions or warranty requests, and (5) comply with state contractor record-keeping requirements.
SMS and call consent.
By submitting any form on this site you agree to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Premier Impact Windows & Roofing at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Opt-out does not affect contractor warranty obligations.
Who sees your information.
Your information is shared only with (1) Premier Impact employees and (2) the manufacturer or jurisdictional permit office necessary to complete your job. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer lists.
Retention.
Lead information not converted to a customer is retained for 90 days, then deleted. Customer records are retained for the period required by Florida contractor licensing law.
Your rights.
To request a copy or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, email info@premierimpactfl.com from the email address on file. We will respond within 30 days.
